Smaller subdivisions with fewer than 50 units are often live on the same day they sign up.

No app download is required. Homeowners access their self-service portal through any web browser on their phone or desktop using a secure login link. For communities that prefer a dedicated app experience, a progressive web app (PWA) can be enabled so homeowners can add the portal to their home screen.

Yes. MyHOA supports bulk import from CSV and Excel files for properties, residents, and billing history. If you are migrating from another HOA management system, our support team can assist with a data mapping exercise to ensure a smooth transition with no data loss.

Pricing is based on the number of active units in your registry at the start of each billing period. You are only charged for units marked as active — vacant lots that are not yet billed do not count toward your unit total. You can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time and the adjustment will be prorated.

There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts. MyHOA is billed month-to-month, or you can choose annual billing at a discounted rate per unit. You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle and your data will remain available for export for 30 days after cancellation.

Yes. MyHOA integrates with GCash, Maya, DragonPay, and direct bank transfer so homeowners can pay dues using the method they prefer. All payments are reconciled automatically against the corresponding invoices, and official receipts can be issued digitally.

All data is stored in Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL databases with row-level security enforced at the database layer, ensuring that each HOA can only access its own data. Connections are encrypted via TLS, and backups are taken daily. We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

Access is controlled through role-based permissions. Only board members assigned the Treasurer or Admin role can view financial reports and billing records. Regular members see only their own account statements through the homeowner portal. All role assignments are managed by the HOA administrator and are logged for audit purposes.

Your data belongs to you. Upon cancellation, you can export all your records — properties, residents, billing history, and documents — in standard CSV and PDF formats. We retain your data for 30 days post-cancellation to allow for a final export, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems.

Yes. MyHOA supports multiple concurrent admin accounts, with each tier offering a different number of seats. Medium Community plans include up to 10 admin accounts, while Large Community plans have no limit. Each officer can be assigned a specific role — President, Treasurer, Secretary, or custom roles — so they only see and act on what is relevant to their function.

MyHOA is designed for both condominium corporations and subdivision HOAs. The property registry supports unit numbers, floor levels, tower designations, and custom address formats. Billing schedules, dues rates, and communication groups can be configured per building or per phase to match your community's structure.

Yes. The vehicle registration module lets you log each homeowner's registered vehicles — including plate numbers, vehicle type, and sticker serial numbers — linked directly to their property record. You can generate a vehicle registry report for your security team and set expiry reminders for annual sticker renewals.

MyHOA provides a calendar-based booking system for your community's shared facilities — clubhouses, swimming pools, basketball courts, function halls, and more. Homeowners can view real-time availability, submit reservation requests, and receive confirmation once approved. The system prevents double-bookings and supports recurring reservations for regular events like fitness classes or board meetings.

Yes. MyHOA supports the full election lifecycle — from opening nominations and publishing candidate profiles, through a secret balloting period where eligible voters cast their votes, to automated vote tallying and certified result publication. The entire process is auditable, and results can be exported for your general assembly records. Elections are available on the Large Community plan.

You can create surveys with multiple question types including multiple choice, rating scales, and open-ended text responses. Surveys can be set as anonymous to encourage honest feedback. The results dashboard provides visual charts and analytics so your board can quickly interpret community sentiment on any topic — from proposed rule changes to satisfaction with facilities and services.

Homeowners submit construction or renovation permit applications through the platform, attaching required documents such as building plans and contractor details. Applications go through a multi-stage review process managed by the board or architectural committee. The system also tracks refundable construction bonds — recording deposits, monitoring active permits, and managing bond releases upon project completion and compliance inspection.

Yes. The payables module lets you maintain a vendor directory, create and approve bills, categorize expenses, and record payments. You can generate disbursement reports broken down by vendor, category, or time period — giving your treasurer and auditor a clear view of where association funds are being spent.
